Fine Arts

Our Mission

The Mission of Boerne ISD Fine Arts is to inspire, support, and elevate fine arts education by fostering collaboration, cultivating innovative curriculum, and sharing best practices. Our goal is to ensure that every student in Boerne ISD experiences meaningful opportunities to learn, appreciate, and perform the arts with excellence.

Fine arts in BISD are not just electives—they are essential. Our courses nurture creativity, confidence, and critical thinking, serving as vital components of a whole-child education. Across the district, students have access to rich programs in instrumental and choral music, dance, theatre, and visual arts, with both group and individual instruction available.

At Boerne ISD, we believe every child deserves a well-rounded education that includes the arts. That’s why we are committed to providing fine arts experiences that are safe, engaging, challenging, and fully supported—empowering students to grow, express themselves, and thrive.
