Transcripts
Current Students
Transcript forms are available in the main office, the counseling office, and the registrar's office. Transcript request forms are to be turned into the registrar's office.
The first 3 transcripts are provided free of charge with at least a 3 day processing period. After the first 3 there is a cost of $2.00 per copy with a 3 day processing period. Scholarship transcripts are provided free of charge with a 3 day processing period.
If a student is withdrawing from Champion High School, the parent and student must visit the registrar to obtain records and complete a withdrawal form.
